We are Manipadma Human Development Foundation, and our office is located at its located at 9, HDIL Harmony Mall, New Link Road, Goregaon West, Mumbai, 400104, Maharashtra, India. Our website address is www.bigmeworkshop.com through which we are conduction or Big Me – Lab of Transformation workshop.
Scope
Our Privacy Policy on www.bigmeworkshop.com covers all of our online courses and the following content and brands: Manipadma.org. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to entities not owned or controlled by us, such as third-party applications and/or other web sites.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Contact forms and Registration forms
Our contact forms collect the absolute minimum data – just your name, email and message – so we can effectively answer your query regarding any service provided by us.
This data is never stored, remains in email form only, and is deleted from time to time.
If you have registered in to receive communication from us, from time to time, we store your information in securely protected databases accessible to only a small team in our organization. This team handles our online requirements.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Online Orders
The information you provide us while placing an order is only used to complete that order. Order information is collected by PayPal / Paytm – our payment gateway partners and credit card processors. Paypal / Paytm forwards only your name, email address, and the list of products purchased.

We collect this information to identify you as a customer/subscriber if you contact us for support, and to re-send your login credentials. This information is not passed on to third parties, except for the purposes of completing your purchase (for example, your credit card information is passed on to our credit card processor to authorize the transaction).
Credit card information (credit card number, expiration date, and CVV code) is not stored or collected. When you purchase from us the card information is sent to our credit card processor (PayPal / Paytm) and is not stored on any BigMe server, even temporarily.
We retain the information related to your purchase indefinitely for support purposes, unless you ask us to remove it. If you wish to request this purchase information to be removed, please write to bigmeworkshops@gmail.com If you do request this, please keep a copy of your purchase receipts, as we will no longer be able to look up this information once we remove it from our system.
Analytics
We use google analytics to measure the performance of our website and for certain other statistics.
We use Google Analytics’ 3rd-party audience data such as age, gender and interests to better understand the online behavior of our customers to provide services and products targeted to suit our customer’s interests and preferences. There is no personal data collected or stored.
Who we share your data with
We do not share your data with anyone outside our organization. If you have opted in, then the minimal data is used to communicate with you.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. There are no refunds on Workshop registration amount, educational materials or customized items (e.g., engraved items, certificates). All other items may be returned for a refund as long as the Participants contacts Big Me within 30 days of receipt of the item; after 30 days no refunds can be initiated.
2. If a registered participant cancels their participation in a workshop or program, no refund will be given. In compensation they will be offered a later workshop or program or service or product of the equivalent or marginally lesser amount at the sole discretion of the foundation.
3. Educational materials and all other non-customized items can be exchanged as long as the participant contacts Big Me within 30 days of receipt of the item. After 30 days no exchanges can be initiated.
4. The new item for an exchange must be selected at the time the exchange is made; participants are not given a “credit” to select a new item at a later time.
5. Any time an item is being returned or exchanged, including when it is exchanged due to damage or a shipping error, Big Me reserves the right to require that the original item be returned to Big Me and/or require a photo of the damage. When a damaged item must be sent back to Big Me, the replacement item, if applicable, will be sent after the returned item is received at Big Me office.
6. For exchanges due to item(s) being incorrect or damaged when the participant receives them, the item(s) will be replaced at no cost to the participant. Depending on the participant’s location, Big Me may provide a return label for the participant to use or reimbursement to the participant after he/she incurs the expense.
7. When items are returned to Big Me for a return or exchange that is not due to a shipping error or damage, the participant will pay:
a. The cost of shipping the original item back to Big Me office, in all cases.
b. The cost of shipping the new item to the participant, in the case of an exchange.
8. Educational materials & Workshop registration belong to the person for whom they were ordered; they are not transferable between or among participants.
DISCLAIMER
Manipadma guarantees the quality and delivery of its BIG ME workshop that has the capacity of improving participants lives to a great extent, but it do not guarantee the results for a person as it solely depends on the person’s own level of engagement, participation, interaction and efforts during the course of the workshop, as well as how well they implement the practices and principles of the workshop in their daily lives thereafter.
There are many other benefits that a participant may receive even after completion of the workshop through networking with other workshop participants, as well as benefits and services that come through Manipadma Life Membership. Participants may also choose different levels of Icon roles offered through the Big Me workshop that bring them higher opportunities, services, welfare, access and benefits in life. It should be kept in mind that Manipadma prices workshop such as this at a very low price in order to give the highest value to people, as part of the foundation’s service to Humanity, and so that workshop participants find it easy to take up the mission to serve themselves and Humanity as well. Therefore, it should be reasonably understood that resultant benefits and services from the organization are made available as per what becomes possible from time to time as per the available resources of the organization, and therefore they cannot be randomly claimed as rights of the participants. However, benefits and services for various Big Me Manipadma Icon roles and titles, BIG ME Life Fraternity and Manipadma Life Members, will be as per the terms and conditions undersigned by the participants respectively.
Manipadma does not have any objections to a participant’s decision to attend its workshops. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to ensure that they do not have any sort of medical or mental pre-conditions that are not conducive to do the workshop. Manipadma therefore does not take any responsibility of such an inappropriate decision by the participant, nor can it be subject to any claims or blames by anyone on behalf of the participant, like their family, friends or relatives.
Manipadma Foundation is not a religion or cult or sect, nor does it subscribe to any such organisations or philosophies or living or non-living masters, mystics or Gods. Manipadma Foundation is a complete Human Development Organization that delivers its practices and principles which enable individuals and organizations and Humanity to achieve their highest potential through its path of Enlightenment, Empowerment and Human Service for All.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The core Manipadma Sciences, Designs and Solutions come from its founder, Manavikas Prashasewa (renaissance name), Manish Paliwal (birth name) and are his Intellectual Property brought into Manipadma Foundation. Intellectual Property of people associating with the organization, whether on a permanent or temporary basis, like Co-Founder Darryl D’Souza and others who participate in contributing to different programs and services of the foundation, are subject to mutually agreed Terms & Conditions between them and Manipadma Foundation.
PROCESS FLOW OF PURCHASE TO SERVICE DELIVERY
- Step 1 - Product offering to the public through social media campaigns / word of mouth / marketing agency.
- Step 2 - Receiving the person’s details along with their payment online or at the foundation’s office.
- Step 3 - The persons completes the registration form and submits it to the foundation online or at the foundation’s office.
- Step 3 - The foundation issues a receipt online or in print at the foundation’s office.
- Step 4 - The foundation delivers the product online or in person or through postal service.
- Step 5 - If it is a participative program, in instances where required, a certificate of participation is given online or in person or through postal service.
